Trickery and Truth

This is a fascinating piece about the FALSE claims that chocolate helps people lose weight, and how and why this fraud was perpetrated to make a point about the ineffectiveness of how diet related information is studied and dispensed.

The words, “Play nicely, Draco,” come to mind—such tactics can cost friendships and ruin trust. Please don’t try this at home. Tricking people as a way of making them learn leads them to feelings of shame and resentment. Besides, they may never share their chocolate with you again!
